Geology Student Lab Safety Training Form: 

Student Key Request: Any Geology or Earth Science major can have access to the classroom in Darwin 128 and computer lab in Darwin 23, but research labs have access restricted to students who have a specific project needing those spaces. There is training that must be completed before being given access to a research lab. If you submit this form requesting access to a room that you don't need, your request will be denied.
